The short answer

An agency account runs a whole final expense floor from one place. Each agent gets a seat with their own license check per state, hours and caps. The owner funds seats from one balance or lets agents fund their own, chooses how calls are shared, and sees spend, calls and sales by agent on one invoice.

Seats and licenses

Add a seat for every agent who takes calls. Each seat has its own NPN, its own license check state by state, its own hours, and its own Taking calls switch, so one agent stepping away never stops the floor. Calls route only to an agent licensed where the caller lives.

Funding

One agency balance
The agency funds every seat. Simple for captive floors and new agents.
Agents fund themselves
Each agent pays for their own calls under your agency, and you still see their spend and sales.
Mixed
Fund some seats, such as agents in training, and let experienced agents fund their own.

The same per-call prices apply, with volume pricing from 200 calls a month across the account.

Sharing calls between agents

When more than one of your agents fits a call, you choose how it is shared:

  • Longest idle: the agent who has waited longest since their last call. Spreads volume evenly.
  • Round robin: each agent in turn.
  • Priority: your strongest closers first, the rest when they are busy.

Owner controls

  • Daily and weekly caps per agent and for the whole account, so nobody overspends
  • Hours per agent, in each agent's own time zone
  • Pause one agent, a group, or the whole account in one tap
  • Listen to every recording on the account, kept for 5 years
  • Credit requests from any seat, answered within 1 business day

Reporting

One invoice for the account, with calls, billable calls, credits, spend and posted sales by agent, by week and by ad. Media buyers for agencies argue the number that matters is cost per issued policy, not cost per call (Elevarus), so the report is built around cost per sale from the start, and will add placement and persistency as agents post them. Planned: persistency

Planned for agencies

Not built yet, and not sold until it is:

  • Listen in, whisper and coach on live calls Planned
  • Leaderboard by cost per sale, not just volume Planned
  • Calls and receipts sent to your CRM Planned
  • Your agency's name and logo on the desk your agents see Planned

Some call vendors already run agency programs with owner allocation and coaching (Final Expense TV). We list ours as planned until they work.

Getting started

  1. Apply with your own NPN and choose “Agency, several agents” as calls a day.
  2. On a short setup call we add your agents' NPNs and check every license.
  3. Choose funding, caps and routing, fund the account, and switch agents to Taking calls.

Agency questions

Does every agent on the floor need their own license check?

Yes. Each seat is checked state by state against the agent's own NPN, and a call only routes to an agent licensed in the caller's state. An agency license does not stand in for an individual agent's license.

Can agents fund their own seats under our agency?

Yes. Fund every seat from one agency balance, let each agent fund their own, or mix the two. The owner sees every seat's spend either way.

How does our side of the deal work for an agency?

It is measured per seat, over each agent's first 10 business days of taking calls. If we miss our side for a seat, we call you, show you that seat's numbers and agree on a fix, such as credits or a pause. Balance terms are in the agency agreement.

How long do you keep recordings and records?

5 years: every ad, greeting script version, recording, routing decision and billing decision. That matches the recordkeeping period in the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, and it means the receipt you see today is still there if a question comes up later.
