How your rate is set
Language never changes the price, and neither does the buffer. The one thing that does is where the call came from: a TV or streaming ad costs more to run than a digital one. You see every rate before you pay.
English and Spanish calls are the same price. Callers pick the language in the greeting, and Spanish calls ring only agents who set Spanish.
Calls from digital ads (video, social, search) are $65. A call from a TV or streaming (CTV) ad is $70, in either language, because TV ads cost more to run.
Every call uses the same 90 second buffer, counted from when you answer, so the buffer never changes your price.
Ads cost more at some times than others. If prices go up, you get notice first and the increase applies only to future calls.
Your rate for each call type shows in your desk before you fund anything.
A call is billed at the rate shown when it rang. Nothing is repriced after the fact.
A price increase applies only to calls that ring at least 7 days after we tell you, by email and in your desk. A decrease applies at once. Pause or change your states before an increase starts.
Join now and, for 90 days after your first billable call, you pay the lower of that call's price and today's.
The founding rate and notice terms are written into your agreement with Keel.

Your phone, your hours

Nothing to install. Take calls from a home office, the agency floor or a quiet room, inside the hours you set.

The caller's state, who the coverage is for and their age range show as your phone rings.

Every call is free until it passes the 90 second buffer. Short and missed calls cost nothing.

What the buffer filters out
The buffer is how many seconds a call must run with you, counted from the moment you answer, before it is billable. Greeting, hold and ring time never count. Every call uses the same 90 second buffer: hang-ups, wrong numbers and callers who wanted something free end inside it, and cost you nothing.
Every call
Enough time to confirm interest, age and state, and to hear whether the caller has a bank account, before you pay. Industry guides suggest about 90 seconds for final expense callers aged 50 to 85 (Elevarus).
Spanish $65
The price on a call is locked the moment your phone rings. Our guide to call buffers explains how buffers compare.
What every call includes
The ad the caller answered, named on the receipt.
The full recording, kept 5 years, and notes from the recording.
The caller's state, who the coverage is for, and their age range, before you say hello.
A license check for the caller's state before the call can reach you.
The call is sold once, to you.
Automatic no-charge for 7 kinds of calls, and credits for the rest within 1 business day.

Never billed
The system checks every one of these before a call is priced, so you never have to ask.
Caller, 68, coverage for herself
Caller, 72, hung up early
Caller, 59, wanted Medicaid help
Example calls for illustration. Your desk shows a receipt like this for every call, kept for five years.
Your balance
Calls are paid from a prepaid balance. You start with $325, about 5 calls at the English rate of $65. Auto-recharge is optional: you set the amount and the level that triggers it, and you can turn it off at any time. The balance is used only for calls, and approved credits go straight back into it.
How unused balance is handled is written into your agreement, which you read before you add a balance. Some buyers report vendors that keep unused balances or add card fees (buyer reviews); we add no card fee, and we go over the balance terms with you before you fund. See our side of the deal.

Run your own numbers
Starts at the $65 English rate. Slide the price to $70 for a TV call, or lower to compare another vendor's price. Examples, not a promise of results.
Examples, not a promise of results. Before chargebacks, lapses and your own costs. Break-even is the close rate where commission on placed policies equals what you spent on calls. Vendors publish 15% to 25% close rates for exclusive inbound final expense calls (self-reported, October 2026); new agents usually start lower.
Why these prices
Rates follow our cost. We pay for the ads, the phone line and greeting, the license checks, the recordings and the people who answer credit requests, and a call only earns its rate if it passes the buffer. TV and streaming ads cost more to run than digital ones, so a TV call costs more. We show your rates before you fund, and raise them only with 7 days notice, never on a call already ringing.
For context, as of October 2026 vendors publish prices of about $55 to $95 for exclusive inbound final expense calls (Elevarus), $45 to $60 at standard buffers and $65 to $85 for high-intent calls (AllCalls), and about $65 for a TV call at a 60 second buffer (Legacy Telesales). Some publish the buffer next to each price (AgentCalls) or price live transfers by buffer length (Final Expense Leads Pro). These are self-reported and change often.

Pricing questions
$65 per billable English call and $65 per billable Spanish call from digital ads, and $70 for a call from a TV or streaming (CTV) ad, in either language. Every call uses the same 90 second buffer. Your rates show before you fund. There is no platform fee, setup fee or card surcharge.
Because TV and streaming ads cost more to run than digital ads. A call from a TV or streaming (CTV) ad is $5 more, in either language. English and Spanish calls from digital ads are the same price, and you see every rate before you fund anything.
A price increase applies only to calls that ring at least 7 days after we tell you, by email and in your desk; a decrease applies at once. A call is always billed at the price set when it rang, so nothing is repriced after the fact, and you can pause or change your states before an increase starts. Agents who join during the preview pay the lower of today's price and the price on their first billable call, for 90 days after that call.
The buffer is how long a call has to run with you before it is billable. The greeting and ring time never count: the clock starts when you answer. Every call uses a 90 second buffer, which is long enough to confirm interest, age and state before you are charged. A call that ends before it costs nothing.

So every agent pays the same price for the same call, and the price never depends on a setting. Some vendors sell the same calls at several buffers and charge more for longer ones: one publishes live transfers at $20 for 90 seconds, $25 for 120 and $30 for 180. We use 90 seconds for every call, which industry guides suggest for final expense callers.
Not today. Every call uses the same 90 second buffer. The rate on a call is locked the moment your phone rings, so nothing is repriced after the fact.
No. There is no platform fee, setup fee, monthly subscription or card surcharge. Your balance pays only for billable calls, and approved credits go straight back into it.
Calls that end before your buffer, missed calls and voicemail, calls while you are Away or paused, calls outside your hours, callers outside your licensed states, the same number again within 30 days, and greeting, hold or ring time. The system checks all of these before a call is priced, so you never have to ask.
Tap Request credit on the call's receipt within 7 days and pick a reason, such as no insurance interest, wrong age or a caller who expected a free benefit. A person listens to the recording and you get a written answer within 1 business day. Approved credits return to your balance right away.
How unused balance is handled is written into your agreement, which you read before you add a balance. Approved credits for bad calls go straight back into your balance. Separately, over your first 10 business days of taking calls we hold ourselves to three things: at least 5 calls in your states and hours, approved credits at or under 15% of billable calls (judged from 10 billable calls), and every credit answered within 1 business day. If we miss one: we call you, show you the numbers and agree on a fix with you, such as credits or a pause.
No contract and no subscription. You start with a $325 balance, about 5 calls at the English rate, and you can pause or stop any time.
Yes, from 200 calls a month for agencies and busy agents. Tell us your states and expected volume when you apply and we will quote it before you fund anything.
Yes. Callers choose Spanish in the greeting and are routed only to agents who set Spanish as a language. If an English-only agent ever receives a Spanish caller, that is our routing error and the call is credited.
