These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Axel PR website and the services described on it. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Services and separate agreements

Information on this site describes services offered by Axel PR, including Axel PR Signals data and follow-up tools, exclusive pay-per-call lead generation, publisher and traffic partnerships, earned media, and related marketing services. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. The specific services, deliverables, per-call rates, billing, credits, timelines, and obligations for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement between you and Axel PR, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Axel PR Signals

Axel PR Signals (“Signals”) is a set of data and follow-up tools for businesses: website visitor identification, contact enrichment and verification, intent and homeowner audiences, intent alerts, an opt-in lead market, aged leads, a lead library, follow-up automations, and an AI calling assistant. The terms in this section apply to any business that opens a Signals account, funds a balance, or uses Signals data (“you”), in addition to any order form or agreement you sign.

The Data-Use Standards are part of these Terms

Our Data-Use Standards are incorporated into these Terms. They state, for each kind of record, how it may be contacted. In short: visitor identification, intent, homeowner, enrichment, Lead Market, and aged records may be reached by mail, by email where the law allows, and by manually dialed calls that comply with Do Not Call rules. They may not be reached by automated or prerecorded calls, by automated text sequences, or by the AI calling assistant. Only people who gave your business their own prior express written consent, on your own form, may be called by the AI calling assistant.

Your responsibilities

• Your own Do Not Call access. Before you place any marketing call to a record from Signals, you must hold your own Subscription Account Number with the National Do Not Call Registry, scrub against the national registry and every state registry that applies, and keep your own internal do-not-call list. Axel PR does not scrub on your behalf unless a signed agreement says so.
• Consent. You are responsible for obtaining, recording, and keeping the consent your outreach requires, and for honoring every opt-out within the time the law allows.
• Calling hours and frequency. You must respect federal and state calling windows and frequency limits in the time zone of the person you are calling.
• Notice on your website. If you install the visitor identification code, you must post a privacy notice that discloses it, obtain consent where state law requires it, honor Global Privacy Control and other opt-out signals, and keep it off pages that concern health, finances, or children.
• Records. Keep records of consent, scrubs, and outreach for at least five years, and make them available to us on request if a complaint names Axel PR.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Signals data to make or support decisions about a person’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Signals is not a consumer reporting agency and its data is not a consumer report. You also may not resell, sublicense, or share Signals data with any third party; use it to target people by health condition, sexual orientation, immigration status, or any other sensitive characteristic; use it for stalking, harassment, or fraud; attempt to re-identify a record we have masked; or reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.

Billing

Signals runs on a prepaid balance that is drawn down per match, per record, per identified visitor, per lead, or per minute, at the rates shown in your account at the time of use. Counts and previews are free. Balances are not refundable except where the law or your agreement requires. Match rates, sample data, and figures on this site are illustrations, not guarantees.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a Signals account without notice if we believe it is being used in breach of these Terms or the Data-Use Standards, if a carrier, data partner, regulator, or consumer complaint names the account, or if the account is used to call people who did not consent. We may also change, pause, or retire any tool, and we will tell you when we do.

Indemnity for Signals use

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axel PR and its officers, employees, and data partners from any claim, fine, penalty, or cost, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of Signals data, your outreach to anyone whose record came from Signals, or your breach of these Terms or the Data-Use Standards.

Communications

By submitting a form or providing your contact details, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, text, and email. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Results and estimates

Any figures, ranges, timelines, call volumes, or examples shown on this site are illustrative and depend on factors such as your industry, market, competition, geography, answer rate, and seasonality. They are not guarantees of any specific outcome unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, design, branding, and code on this site are the property of Axel PR or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axel PR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Axel PR harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
