Compliance and call standards

Calls you can take without looking over your shoulder.

Every call in the program is placed by a consumer who chose to dial. No robocalls, no purchased lists, no incentivized traffic, and clear recording disclosure. Here is how we keep it that way, and what we require of every traffic partner.

Our principles

Six commitments on every call.

Consumer-initiated, always

Every call in the program is dialed by the consumer after seeing an ad or listing for the service they want. We do not place outbound calls to consumers and we do not sell outbound call lists.

No robocalls, no autodialers, no incentivized traffic

Traffic partners may not use prerecorded messages, autodialers, paid-to-call incentives, or misleading creative. Partners found doing so are removed and their calls are not billed to you.

Honest advertising

Ads describe the service the caller will receive and the area served. No fake urgency, no impersonation of a government agency or of your competitors, no bait pricing.

Recording disclosure

Calls are recorded for quality and dispute review where the law allows. Callers hear a disclosure in states that require it, and you can request that recording be disabled for your account if your business requires it.

Do Not Call respected

Because calls are inbound and consumer-initiated, they fall outside most Do Not Call restrictions, and we still require partners to honor opt-outs and never to re-market to callers who ask not to be contacted.

Data handled with care

Caller data is used to route, bill, and review the call. It is not resold, and it is not shared with any other buyer. Your own callers are yours alone.

Traffic partner standards

What every publisher agrees to before a single call is routed.

The quality of your calls is decided upstream. We hold the partners who generate traffic to a short, strict list, and we enforce it with call recordings and source tracking on every call.

Become a traffic partner
  • Verified identity and a signed agreement before any traffic is routed.
  • Approved traffic sources disclosed up front: search, maps, display, social, and owned media only.
  • Creative reviewed before launch and spot-checked in flight.
  • Caller ID passed through intact, never spoofed or masked.
  • Immediate removal for robocalls, incentivized calls, or misleading ads, with affected calls credited to buyers.
Questions

Compliance questions, answered.

Do TCPA rules apply to inbound calls?

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act is aimed mainly at outbound calls and texts that use autodialers or prerecorded voice. A consumer who sees an ad and dials a number is initiating the contact, which is why exclusive inbound calls carry far less compliance risk than outbound telemarketing or purchased lead lists. You still need to follow the rules for any follow-up calls or texts you place.

Can I text or call the customer back later?

You can generally return a call the customer placed to you about the service they asked for. For marketing texts or repeated outbound follow-ups, get and document consent. Our contact form and portal help you keep notes on what the caller agreed to.

Are calls recorded, and is that legal?

Calls are recorded for quality and dispute review where permitted. In all-party-consent states a disclosure plays before the call connects. If your business must not record, tell us during onboarding and recording is disabled for your line.

What if a call came from a bad source?

Tell us from the call record in your portal. Calls traced to a non-compliant partner are credited, and the partner is removed. We would rather lose a traffic source than bill you for it.

Is this legal advice?

No. This page explains how the program operates and the standards we hold partners to. Rules vary by state and industry, so confirm your own obligations with counsel, especially in insurance, legal, financial, and medical verticals.

Compliant calls, exclusively yours.
