Do I get a login, or do you just send calls to my phone?
You get your own login. Every Axel PR Exclusive Calls account includes a client portal where you can see every call, listen to recordings, request credits, track what closed, and manage your balance. You are never guessing about what you paid for.
Does the portal cost extra?
No. The portal is included with your account. You pay for calls, not for software.
Can I see my calls on my phone?
Yes. The portal runs in your phone's browser, so you can check calls, play a recording, or pause your account from anywhere.
How do I request a credit for a call that was not a real opportunity?
Open the call in your portal and request a credit right there. Requests are reviewed against the qualification rules for your industry, and approved credits go back into your balance.
Can I manage more than one business from one account?
Yes. If you run several companies, brands, or service areas, they can be managed together under one account with a shared credit pool.
Can I control call volume or pause completely?
