What it is

Intent Alerts, in plain English.

Intent Alerts is an always-on version of Intent Audiences. You save a watch with a niche, a location, a recency window, and a daily cap. From then on, people who newly match are delivered automatically, in real time or as a daily summary email, and each one can start an automation.

You control the spend with the daily cap and can pause, resume, or change a watch at any time. Every delivery run is logged: what it delivered, what it skipped, and why.

What you get

  • Standing searches that run around the clock
  • Real-time delivery or a daily digest
  • A daily cap per watch
  • Performance charts and a full delivery history
  • Pause, resume, and edit at any time
  • Automation triggers on every delivery
How it works

Intent Alerts in 4 steps.

STEP 1

Name the watch

For example, Fort Lauderdale Roofing. Run several watches for different services or areas.

STEP 2

Set the criteria

Niche, location, recency window, signal strength, and optional data filters such as homeowners only.

STEP 3

Cap the volume

Choose the most records a watch may deliver per day. It never goes over.

STEP 4

Choose delivery

Real time as new people are found, or one daily digest email. Deliveries can trigger an automation.

How businesses use it

Where it pays off.

Seasonal trades

A watch per service: AC repair in summer ZIPs, furnace tune-ups in fall, roof repair after storms.

Insurance agents

A daily trickle of households researching coverage in your licensed states, capped at what your team can work.

Agencies

One watch per client, feeding each client's email follow-up automatically.

What it costs

$0.20 per record delivered

Nothing is charged until a watch delivers. The daily cap limits spend.

The rules for using Intent Alerts

Every account agrees to these. They are on this page so you know them before you buy.

  • Alert deliveries are intent records, not opt-in leads. The same contact rules apply: mail, email, and ads first; manual calls after a Do Not Call check; no robocalls, AI voice, or mass texts.
  • Keep watches away from sensitive topics such as health conditions and financial distress.

Questions

Intent Alerts, answered.

How is an alert different from a one-time intent search?

A one-time search returns everyone who matches today. An alert keeps running and delivers only the new people who match after you set it up, every day, up to your cap.

Can I limit how much an alert spends?

Yes. Each watch has a maximum number of records per day, and you can pause it at any time.

Where do the new records go?

To your dashboard and lead library, by daily email digest if you choose, and into any automation you connect to the watch.
