AI Calling Assistant

Call every lead back while they are still waiting by the phone.

The first business to call back usually wins the job. The AI Calling Assistant calls back the people who asked to hear from you, within minutes, any hour your rules allow. When someone is ready, it transfers them live to your team or books the appointment.

What it is

AI Calling Assistant, in plain English.

The AI Calling Assistant is a voice assistant that places follow-up calls for your business. You give it a name, a voice, an opening line, and instructions: what you do, where you work, what to ask. You decide what it may offer: a live transfer to your line, an appointment in your calendar, or both.

It is built for speed to lead on people who asked your business to contact them, such as your own web form leads with proper consent language. You hear it on a test call to your own phone before it ever calls a customer.

What you get

  • A named assistant with its own voice, opening, and instructions
  • Live transfer to your line or appointment booking
  • Caller ID from one of your own numbers, so people recognize the call
  • Your own calling hours and time zone, on top of legal calling hours
  • Test calls before anything goes live
  • Calls placed from any automation
How it works

AI Calling Assistant in 4 steps.

STEP 1

Create the assistant

Name it, choose a voice, write the first thing it says, and tell it everything it should know about your business.

STEP 2

Decide what it may offer

A live transfer to your team, an appointment in your calendar, or both. It cannot offer more than you allow.

STEP 3

Test it on yourself

Place one real call to your own number and hear exactly what customers will hear.

STEP 4

Connect it to a flow

Add a call block to an automation: call a new lead now, or call after a wait. Set your own calling hours on top of the legal ones.

How businesses use it

Where it pays off.

Contractors

A homeowner fills in your quote form at 7pm and asks for a call. The assistant calls in a minute and books the estimate.

Law firms

A consultation request gets an immediate call that gathers the basics and transfers to intake.

Insurance agencies

A quote request is confirmed by phone and warm-transferred to a licensed agent.

What it costs

$0.70 per call placed

Numbers that are never dialed are credited back when a list run finishes.

The rules for using AI Calling Assistant

Every account agrees to these. They are on this page so you know them before you buy.

  • Federal rules treat AI-generated voices as artificial voices. Marketing calls with one need prior express written consent that names your business and that your business collected directly, for example on your own web form.
  • Never point it at bought leads, aged leads, Lead Market leads, intent records, or identified visitors. Consent gathered by a lead seller does not cover artificial-voice calls.
  • Open every call by saying it is an automated assistant calling for your business, give a way to opt out, and stop calling anyone who asks.
  • Platform calls are limited to 8am to 9pm in the person's time zone. Florida, Oklahoma, Maryland, and Oregon are stricter on hours and allow no more than three calls in 24 hours, so set your own hours and limits to match.
  • Where calls are recorded or transcribed, California and other all-party-consent states require telling the caller at the start.

Questions

AI Calling Assistant, answered.

Is it legal to use an AI voice for follow-up calls?

Yes, with the right consent. The FCC treats AI-generated voices as artificial voices under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, so marketing calls with one need prior express written consent, and federal telemarketing rules expect that consent to come to your business directly. That is why the assistant is for people who asked you to call. General information, not legal advice.

Can it transfer the call to me?

Yes. Set a transfer number and the assistant warm-transfers interested callers to your team. It can also book an appointment instead, or offer both.

What will it say?

What you tell it: the opening line, what your business does, the questions to ask, and the limits of what it may offer. You hear it on a test call first.

Can it call my purchased lead lists?

No. Consent collected by a lead seller does not cover artificial-voice calls. Use the assistant on your own consented leads, and use email and manual calls for everything you bought.
