What changes

Why merchant demand got expensive, and what a live call fixes.

  1. The file was shopped before it reached you

Shared web leads and aged lists go to several desks at once. By the time your rep dials, the merchant already has offers on the table.

InsteadAn exclusive call is a merchant on your line, with no one else.
  2. Outbound carries legal weight now

Texting and dialing purchased lists invites TCPA claims, and more states regulate how commercial financing is offered and brokered.

InsteadAn inbound call starts with the business owner dialing you.
  3. Paying for merchants you would never fund

Shared leads bill for every name, including owners your rep rules out on the first question.

InsteadTell us your minimums for time in business and monthly revenue. AI checks every call against them before it bills, and callers who clearly fall below them are not billed.
How a call reaches you

From a search to your desk, live.

  1. The owner goes looking

A business owner who needs working capital, a line of credit, or a cash advance finds an ad or listing on our network and calls the number on it.

  2. It matches your criteria

The call routes by the caller's state, your open hours, and your daily cap. One funder per call, and nothing is sent anywhere else.

  3. Your desk picks up

Your rep is talking to an owner in the middle of a search, not chasing a callback. Every call is logged and recorded in your portal.

  4. You pay for billable calls

A call bills at 90 connected seconds, after AI checks it against your criteria. Callers outside them, wrong numbers, and repeat callers within 14 days are not billed.

In short

  • Axel PR sells live, exclusive inbound phone calls from business owners who are looking for working capital, merchant cash advances, revenue-based financing, lines of credit, term loans, and equipment financing.
  • Each call is routed to one funder, ISO, or marketplace and is never resold or shared.
  • Pricing is $125 to $175 per billable call, depending on the states and hours covered, paid from a prepaid balance with no contract and no monthly fee.
  • A call becomes billable after 90 connected seconds. Every call is transcribed and checked by AI against the buyer's criteria before it bills: callers outside the stated minimums, wrong numbers, and repeat callers within 14 days are not billed. Any call can also be sent to the QA team with Request credit.
  • Calls are available nationwide, and each buyer chooses the states, hours, and daily cap it receives calls in.
Hours

Owners call while the business is open.

Merchant calls follow the working day in the caller's time zone. Set your hours by day and your daily cap, and no call arrives when nobody can answer.

The chart shows the shape of a weekday for illustration, not a volume forecast. Expected volume by state and hour comes with your rate.

Morning
Afternoon

On a typical weekday, merchant calls cluster in the mid-morning and again in the early afternoon in the caller's time zone, and fall off after 5 p.m.

Built for how you fund

Your criteria, your desk, your rules.

Funders, ISOs, and marketplaces use the same calls differently. Pick yours.

A direct channel next to your ISO book.

Your inside sales team hears the merchant first, before anyone has shopped the file. Calls arrive inside the states where you are set up to fund and the hours your reps are on the floor.

  • Route to inside sales or straight to underwriting intake
  • Daily caps that match how many deals your team can work
  • Recordings to coach reps and to check what the merchant was told
  • Scale a state up before you add headcount in it

What you pay for

Billable calls, in writing.

The same rules apply to every account, and every dispute is settled against the recording.

Checked before it bills

AI checks every call against your criteria.

The platform transcribes each call and checks it against your states, hours, funding products, and minimums for time in business and revenue before it bills. A call that falls outside them is not billed. If one still looks wrong, press Request credit on the call and the QA team reviews it against the recording.

Standards

Built for a regulated product.

Commercial financing draws more scrutiny every year. Each call is placed by the merchant, recorded, and kept to the states you choose.

Inbound only

The business owner places the call. We do not sell outbound lists, text blasts, or robocalls, and we do not accept incentivized traffic.

Exclusive: one buyer per call

A call goes to one buyer and is never resold, re-routed to a second desk, or packaged into a shared lead.

Your states, your disclosures

California, New York, Utah, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and Louisiana now regulate commercial financing disclosures, and several require provider or broker registration. You choose the states; the offer and every disclosure come from your desk.

State law summaries are general information, not legal advice. Disclosure, registration, and licensing duties belong to the provider or broker making the offer; confirm yours with counsel.

Questions

What funding desks ask first.

Are these MCA calls exclusive?

Yes. Each call is routed to one funder, ISO, or marketplace and is never resold, shared, or sent to a second desk.

What does a merchant call cost?

Merchant calls run $125 to $175 per billable call, paid from a prepaid balance with no contract and no monthly fee. Where your rate falls in that range depends on the states and hours you cover, and we confirm it with expected volume before you fund anything.

What makes a merchant call billable?

A billable call is a business owner or authorized officer, in a state you serve, during your hours, asking about a funding product you accept, and connected for 90 seconds or longer. Consumers seeking personal loans, existing merchants with servicing questions, brokers pitching deals, collectors, job seekers, callers clearly below your stated minimums, and repeat callers within 14 days are not billed.

How do you check that a merchant call qualifies?

Every call is transcribed and checked by AI against your criteria (states, hours, funding products, and your minimums for time in business and revenue) before it bills. A call that falls outside them is not billed. If a call still looks wrong, press Request credit on the call and the QA team reviews it against the recording.

Can I set minimums for time in business, revenue, or credit?

Yes. You give us your minimums for time in business and monthly revenue and the industries you exclude, and AI checks each call against them before it bills, so callers who clearly fall below them are not billed. Credit scores are self-reported on a call, so treat a stated score as a screening question for your rep rather than a guarantee.

Do you sell live transfers or MCA leads?

This program is inbound calls only: the business owner dials and is connected straight to your desk. Live transfers and shared web leads are not part of it, so every billable minute is a merchant who chose to call.

Is buying inbound calls TCPA compliant?

Inbound calls start with the business owner dialing a number, so there is no outbound dialing or texting of the merchant to begin with. Any follow-up your team does after the call, and every state disclosure, remains your responsibility, so review your process with counsel.

Do you work with ISOs and brokers, or only direct funders?

Both, plus business-funding marketplaces. ISOs route calls to their rep pods and place the deal across their funder panel. Choose only the states where your broker registrations are current.

How fast can calls start?

Most accounts are usually live within a few days, after a short setup call, account verification, and funding. Starting with a small, capped first batch and reviewing the recordings is the usual path.
