Reach the people researching your service right now.
Before anyone calls a roofer, a lawyer, or an insurance agent, they search, compare, and read. Intent Audiences finds the people showing those signals in the last few days or weeks, in the places you serve, so you reach them before they pick someone.

Intent Audiences, in plain English.
Intent data is information that suggests a person is in the market for something, based on recent behavior: the searches they ran, the content they read, and the sites they engaged with. Intent Audiences turns those signals into contact records you can reach, filtered by niche, location, and how recent the signal is.
You pick the niche from a catalog of more than ten thousand topics, draw the area by ZIP, city, county, state, or radius, and choose a window from the last few days to the last month. You see an estimated count before you buy, and you only pay for the records you take.
What you get
- Contact records for people showing recent intent in your niche
- Location filters by ZIP, city, county, state, or radius
- Recency windows from a few days to a month
- An estimated audience count before you spend anything
- Optional filters for homeowners, email or mobile available, and records you already bought
- Saved searches you can rerun or turn into an always-on alert
Intent Audiences in 4 steps.
Pick a niche
Type any service, from roof repair to estate planning. The catalog covers more than ten thousand intent topics across consumer categories.
Draw your area
Search a ZIP, city, county, or state, or set a radius around your office. The map shows where the audience is.
Choose how recent
Narrow to people who showed intent in the last 3, 7, or 30 days. Fresher signals are fewer and warmer.
See the count, then buy
Check the estimated audience, pick a package or a custom quantity, and the records land in your lead library.

How Signals billing worksThe rules for using Intent Audiences
Every account agrees to these. They are on this page so you know them before you buy.
- Intent records show interest, not permission. These people did not ask you to contact them.
- Best channels: direct mail, email with a working unsubscribe, and matched ad audiences.
- Phone calls only by hand, after checking the National Do Not Call Registry, your state lists, and your own do-not-call list, inside legal calling hours.
- Never use an autodialer, a prerecorded or AI voice, or mass texting on intent records.
- Do not build audiences around health conditions, financial distress, or other sensitive topics.

What is intent data?
Intent data is a signal that a person is likely in the market for a product or service, inferred from recent behavior such as searches, the content they read, and the sites and ads they engaged with. It tells you who is researching, not who has agreed to be contacted.
How fresh is the data?
You choose the window: the last 3, 7, or 30 days. Shorter windows return fewer people who showed interest more recently.
Can I see how many people match before I buy?
Yes. Every search returns an estimated count for your niche, area, and window before anything is charged.
Can I call or text these people?
Only with care. They showed interest but did not give you consent. Use mail, email, and ads first, and if you call, dial by hand after a Do Not Call check. Never robocall, AI-call, or mass-text intent records.
Is intent data the same as a lead?
No. A lead asked to be contacted. An intent record is a person whose behavior suggests interest. That difference decides how you are allowed to reach them, and it is why intent records cost a fraction of a lead.
