Everything people ask before their first call.
Grouped by role so you can jump to what matters to you.
What the program is and how a call reaches you.
What is Axel PR Exclusive Calls?
A nationwide pay-per-call program. We run and fund advertising in your industry and market, a customer dials a tracked number, and the live call is routed to your business alone. You pay per qualified call, with no contracts and no monthly fees.
What does exclusive mean here?
Each call is routed to one business. The same caller is never sold to a second company, so you are not racing anyone for the customer already on your line.
Which industries do you cover?
50+ verticals across home services, legal, insurance, financial, medical, auto, travel, and telecom. Each industry page lists the call types we drive and the per-call range where published.
Where do you operate?
All 50 states and Washington, DC. Buy one metro, a set of counties, a state, or a national footprint with per-location routing.
Getting started and running your account.
How fast can I start?
Most accounts are live within 24 to 48 hours after a short setup call and funding your account.
Do I need to run my own ads?
No. We handle advertising, tracking, routing, and optimization. You answer the phone.
Can I set my hours and service area?
Yes. You set hours, service area by metro, county, or ZIP, and licensed states where relevant. Calls outside those settings are not routed to you.
Can I pause?
Any time, in one click from your portal. Resume when you are ready. There is no notice period.
Do I get a login?
Every account includes a client portal with a live call log, recordings, one-click credit requests, a built-in CRM, and billing. It works on your phone.
What you pay and how.
How is the price per call set?
By industry first, then adjusted for your market's competition and the volume you want. Published ranges are on the pricing page, and we confirm your exact rate before you fund.
Is there a minimum to start?
You fund a starter balance of call credits, typically a small block of calls, and top up as you go. There is no long-term commitment.
Are there setup fees, software fees, or monthly fees?
No. You pay for calls. The portal and reporting are included.
Is volume pricing available?
Yes, for buyers who commit to a monthly call target across multiple markets. See the nationwide volume page.
What counts as a call, and what happens when one does not qualify.
What makes a call billable?
A new prospective customer in your service area asking about a listed call type, connected past the buffer time for your industry, or with intent established sooner. The full rules are on the Billable Call Guidelines page.
What is buffer time?
The minimum connected duration before a call bills: 60 seconds for home services, 90 for insurance, financial, medical, travel, and telecom, 120 for legal. A clear request for a quote or appointment bills regardless of length.
How do I get a credit for a bad call?
Open the call in your portal and request a credit with a reason within 7 calendar days. Approved credits return to your balance, typically within 72 hours.
What if I miss a call?
Calls delivered during your posted hours are billable even if you do not answer. Set hours accurately, pause when you cannot answer, and know that repeated missed calls can lower your routing priority.
For brands, franchises, call centers, and agencies buying across markets.
Can calls route to different locations?
Yes. Each location gets its own routing rules, hours, and destination numbers, and you see everything in one portal with per-location reporting.
Can you restrict to my licensed states?
Yes. Give us the list and we route only callers from those states. Update it any time.
How do national programs usually start?
With three to five markets, a few weeks of portal data on answer and close rates, then expansion month by month with a volume rate.
Sending traffic that becomes exclusive calls.
Who qualifies as a publisher?
Anyone generating consumer intent in our verticals from approved sources: search, maps, display, social, and owned media. Identity verification and a signed agreement come before any traffic is routed.
How are calls counted for payout?
The same billable rules buyers see apply to payouts: buffer time by vertical, intent overrides duration, duplicates within 14 days excluded. You see call-level status in your own dashboard.
What is not allowed?
Robocalls, autodialers, incentivized calls, misleading creative, spoofed caller ID, and undisclosed sources. Violations end the partnership and affected calls are not paid.
Is there buyer demand for my vertical?
Very likely. Buyers are funded and waiting in 64 verticals across all 50 states, and right now they want more calls than we generate. The open-demand board on the publisher page lists every category, and applying takes two minutes.
Bringing your clients into the program.
Can I buy calls for my clients?
Yes. Bring your clients' industries and markets. We generate the calls, you manage the relationship, and each client can get a portal view of their own calls.
How do agencies make money on it?
A margin on the per-call rate, a management fee, or both, depending on how you structure your client agreements. Volume pricing helps as your book grows.
Can you also do the other marketing?
Yes. Axel PR also handles earned media, SEO, paid ads, web design, and branding, so you can bring a client the whole stack or just the calls.
Still have a question?
Send it over and a real person answers. Or book a 30-minute walkthrough and ask everything at once.
