Contact Enrichment

Start with a phone number. Finish with the whole record.

Half-finished leads cost you jobs: a missed-call number with no name, a form with a typo in the email, a referral with only an address. Contact Enrichment fills in the rest from several data sources, one after another, and charges you only when one of them finds the person.

What it is

Contact Enrichment, in plain English.

Contact Enrichment takes whatever you have on a person, a phone number, an email address, a name, or a street address, and returns a completed contact record: full name, current phones and emails, mailing address, and, at the advanced level, household and property details.

Behind one search sits a waterfall of data sources. If the first source has nothing, the next one is asked, in order, until one finds a confident match. You pay once per match, whatever it took to find it. If every source comes back empty, the search is free.

What you get

  • Full name, current phone numbers, and email addresses
  • Mailing address and location details
  • Household and property fields at the advanced level, where available
  • A record of which sources were checked and which one matched
  • Bulk enrichment from CSV or Excel, with a running cost as it goes
  • A searchable history of every match you paid for
How it works

Contact Enrichment in 4 steps.

STEP 1

Enter what you have

Search by phone, email, name, address, or IP address. Add optional details to sharpen the match.

STEP 2

Pick the depth

Basic returns core contact details. Advanced walks every source and adds the household and property fields.

STEP 3

We check source after source

Each source is asked in order until one finds a confident match. You can set a minimum phone-match confidence, and anything below it is treated as no match and not billed.

STEP 4

Save, list, or follow up

Matches land in your lead library with the full record and the source that found it. Run one, or upload a spreadsheet and enrich a whole list.

How businesses use it

Where it pays off.

Any business taking calls

A caller hangs up before leaving a name. Enrich the number and call back the right person by name.

Insurance agencies

Clean up an old book of business: current phones and emails for policyholders you have lost touch with.

Agencies

Fill the gaps in a client's form leads before they reach the sales team, so every lead has a working phone and email.

What it costs

$0.20 per match, $0.24 advanced

Misses are free. Basic and advanced depth are priced separately. A match is billed once, whatever it took to find it.

The rules for using Contact Enrichment

Every account agrees to these. They are on this page so you know them before you buy.

  • Use it to complete and correct contact details for marketing and customer service.
  • Never use enriched data to decide whether someone gets credit, insurance, a job, or housing. That is regulated consumer-report territory and it is prohibited here.
  • Do not use it to locate a person who does not want to be found, to collect a debt, or for any purpose that could harm the person.
  • A completed phone number is not consent to call. Your calling and texting rules come from how you got the lead, not from the lookup.

Questions

Contact Enrichment, answered.

What is lead enrichment?

Lead enrichment is adding missing details to a contact record. You provide one or two data points, such as a phone number or email, and the service returns the rest: name, other phones and emails, address, and sometimes household or company details.

What is an enrichment waterfall?

A waterfall asks several data sources in a fixed order. If the first has no match, the second is asked, and so on. It raises the chance of finding the person without paying several vendors for the same search.

Do I pay if nothing is found?

No. You are charged only when a source returns a confident match. If every source comes back empty, or a phone match falls below the confidence level you set, the search is free.

Can I enrich a whole list at once?

Yes. Paste lines or upload a CSV or Excel file with phones, emails, names, or addresses. Each match is charged separately and misses stay free.

Can I use enriched data to screen customers for credit or insurance?

No. Using consumer data to decide eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing is governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and is not permitted on this platform.
